Following a deal struck between the two parties in January, Finnish building management solution provider Nuuka is to roll out its Connect and Create software to an additional 54 sites operated by ICA Real Estate in Sweden.

ICA Real Estate has been using <a href="http://www.nuukasolutions.com/home" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nuuka</a>’s software in pilot projects to <a href="https://www.goodnewsfinland.com/nuuka-s-software-improve-ica-real-estate/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">monitor, analyse and improve the efficiency and sustainability</a> of some of its assets.

Nuuka’s software enables users to analyse and optimise their total energy usage, improve indoor air quality by optimising air ventilation units, and utilise machine learning models to improve automation functions of buildings.

The Swedish company seeks to create an optimal shopping experience for its customers, whilst simultaneously harnessing digitalisation to provide a great workplace for its employees.
